Shipping/ Delivery Policy:
Atlantic Green Supply does not ship orders until funds are secured from the purchaser. Once materials are shipped, Atlantic Green Supply is no longer responsible for anything else.
All warranty and product problems are to be reported to HydroStop and Atlantic Green Supply immediately. Clients that do not have an approved HydroStop applicator install the product may not qualify for a HydroStop Manufacturer's warranty. In the event of improper installation Atlantic Green Supply will not be held responsible.
Atlantic Green Supply is not responsible for holding costs of the delivery of product when purchaser is not able to receive product delivery. Delivery times are estimated and subject to change, and purchaser is responsible for accepting delivery unless prior arrangements are agreed upon. When product is exported, Atlantic Green Supply is not responsible for further responsibilities after seeing delivery to initial approved location unless prior arrangement is agreed upon.
All sales are final. No Refunds.
